Gregory A. Dayko is the founding principal at Inlet Capital Group and is responsible for the firm’s M&A and strategy consulting practices. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and greenfield development in the construction materials and mining industries and has held executive level positions in strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions at both Oldcastle Materials and Rinker Materials. He also worked in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than two dozen transactions totaling nearly $4 billion in value.
Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and his master’s in business administration from Duke University. He holds a Florida real estate license and is registered with FINRA.
